The next set of webinars in Central’s Leadership Series will feature Dr. Terrell Carter, Director of Contextualized Learning Assistant Professor of Practical Theology.
The goal of the series will be to provide insight into how and why certain people groups, police and minority communities, experience tension when their worlds overlap. Additionally, participants will be provided with practical ways that they can help foster communication between the two groups, as well as serve as a healing presence between the two groups.
This series will feature two remaining sessions. Join us! Register ONLINE for THE REMAINING SESSIONS using the form below. COST IS $10 for each session in the series.
Understanding the “Other” – A discussion about the cultural differences between certain people groups and how society perceives those differences. Webinar will explore this theme through the use of historic literature and relevant cultural references. $10
Finding Common Ground – a presentation of ideas on how to fix/improve things in your context using current best practices that have been developed and implemented by the presenter and other individuals/ministries. $10
