Executive Summary

Central completed its most recent strategic planning process in May 2014 as the Board approved and affirmed a new mission statement and key priorities for the future of Central.  While celebrating the positive fulfillment of the prior strategic planning process, Central is again reaching beyond its past to dream an exciting and relevant future.
