Sally HoltDr. Sally Holt
Tennessee Site Coordinator 

Sally Holt serves as the site coordinator for Central Baptist Theological Seminary’s location in Nashville, TN.  She also teaches courses in ethics for seminary students in Nashville. She is a professor of religion at Belmont University in the College of Theology and Christian Ministry and serves as regional coordinator for the American Academy of Religion’s Southeast region.  Dr. Holt received her M.Div. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and her M.A. and Ph.D. in ethics, society and religion from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Eileen Campbell-Reed

Dr. Eileen R. Campbell-Reed
Coordinator of Coaching, Mentoring and Internship for Women’s Leadership Initiative, Nashville
Associate Professor, Practical Theology 

Eileen teaches pastoral and practical theology, and she is Coordinator of Coaching, Mentoring and Internship for the all-women’s cohort at Central Tennessee’s site. Dr. Campbell-Reed is the co-director of the Learning Pastoral Imagination Project, a longitudinal study of ministry funded by the Lilly Endowment. She is a Baptist minister and member of Glendale Baptist Church, Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Campbell-Reed is a  graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, with a Ph.D. in Religion, Psychology and Culture. She earned her M.Div. at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and her B.A. at Carson-Newman College. Her next book is entitled, Anatomy of Schism: How Clergywomen’s Narratives Reinterpret the Fracturing of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Ircel HarrisonDr. Ircel Harrison
Capstone Coordinator 

Ircel Harrison is Coaching Coordinator for Pinnacle Leadership Associates, an organization that provides coaching, consulting and training for churches and not-for-profit organizations. He is also a supplemental faculty member in Ministry Praxis for Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Shawnee, KS, and serves as their consultant for
mentoring and coaching.

He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Mississippi, his
master of divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his doctor of
ministry from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has done additional study
at Middle Tennessee State University in organizational development and at Northern
Baptist Theological Seminary in Missional church leadership.

Ircel is an ACC certified coach with the International Coach Federation. His ministry
experiences include campus ministry, local church service, and denominational leadership. He is the co-author of Disciple Development Coaching: Christian Formation for the 21st
Century and the author of For Such a Time as This: Aligning Church and Leadership
